Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do. We charge a flat rate for all countries outside of Singapore.

Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery. We cannot and will not falsely report on an item’s value to help you avoid these fees.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and items will sometimes get tied up in customs for weeks.


When will I receive my item?

Due to delays caused by COVID-19 please allow up to one week for new orders to begin shipping. Once shipped, orders may take around 9-14 days to reach you.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange only for items that have been damaged in transit.


Help! My item is damaged!

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving the artwork via the form above to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receiving the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. 

If a replacement is not available, we will partially refund you based on the full purchase price of your item. All refunds are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Please retain all photos of the damage and original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or limit quantities to anyone at our discretion.
